What Is a Certificate of Eligibility (COE)?
A Certificate of Eligibility (COE) is an official document issued by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs that confirms your eligibility for VA Education Benefits, including the Post-9/11 GI Bill® and other approved programs.
If you have not yet applied for your benefits, you can do so through the VA before submitting your COE to FCDI.
